Reliable, secure infrastructure under control

We design and run the infrastructure behind your applications: cloud or dedicated servers, continuous delivery, monitoring and security, with costs under control.

Technologies

  • AWS
  • Docker
  • Terraform
  • CircleCI
  • GitHub Actions
  • Linux
  • Nginx

In short

DevAndCloud designs, deploys and runs the infrastructure behind your applications: AWS architecture or dedicated servers, continuous delivery (CI/CD), Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Docker containers, monitoring and backups. The goal: stress-free releases, an available application and a cloud bill under control.

Many applications run on hand-built infrastructure with no documentation or tested backups: every release becomes a risk and the cloud bill grows without anyone knowing why. We make your infrastructure reproducible, versioned and observable.

We handle first launches as well as cloud migrations and takeovers of existing systems. Our web applications and mobile apps ship with their deployment pipeline, and we install and run tools such as n8n for your automations.

You want to…

  • Put an application online reliably and securely
  • Automate deployments and stop risky releases
  • Control or reduce your cloud bill
  • Migrate to the cloud or to better-suited hosting

What we do

01

Cloud architecture

AWS, dedicated servers or hybrid: the right architecture for your load and budget.

02

CI/CD

Automated testing and deployment to ship often, without stress.

03

Infrastructure as Code

Reproducible, versioned environments with Terraform and Docker.

04

Monitoring & security

Monitoring, alerting, backups, certificates and server hardening.

Typical use cases

  • First production launch

Secure environment, domain name, certificates, backups and monitoring.

  • Migration to AWS

From shared hosting or ageing servers, with minimal downtime.

  • Continuous delivery (CI/CD)

Automatic tests and releases on every code change.

  • Infrastructure as Code

Environments you can recreate identically with Terraform.

  • Cloud cost reduction

Right-sized resources, suitable pricing plans and no waste.

  • Monitoring and incidents

Monitoring, alerts and a documented recovery plan.

Which hosting fits your application?

OptionBenefitsLimitsBest for
Managed platformVery fast launch, little administrationExpensive at scale, less controlMVPs, websites, small teams
AWS cloudElasticity, managed services, high availabilityComplexity and costs to manageGrowing applications with high reliability needs
Dedicated server or VPSLow, predictable cost and full controlRedundancy and scaling must be builtStable workloads, tight budgets

How we work

  1. 01

    Audit

Architecture, security, costs, backups and release procedures.

  2. 02

    Target architecture

A documented target and a step-by-step migration plan.

  3. 03

    Implementation

Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines and progressive migration.

  4. 04

    Operations

Monitoring, security updates and ongoing cost optimisation.

What you get

  • Documented, versioned architecture
  • Automated deployment pipelines
  • Staging and production environments
  • Monitoring, alerts and backups
  • Incident recovery plan

Frequently asked questions

No. We work with AWS, other clouds and dedicated servers, and recommend what best fits your needs and budget.

Often, yes: an audit identifies oversized resources and possible optimisations.

Yes, through a maintenance contract including monitoring, security updates and incident response.

Describing your infrastructure (servers, networks, databases, permissions) in versioned files, for example with Terraform. Environments become reproducible, reviewed like code and recreatable identically after an incident.

In most cases downtime is reduced to a few minutes or none at all: the migration is prepared and tested in advance, the switch-over is scheduled and a rollback is planned.

Yes if you wish: we deploy in the cloud providers' European regions, such as Paris or Frankfurt on AWS.

When it is justified. For many applications, Docker containers and managed services are enough, with simpler and cheaper operations.

You do. Cloud accounts are in your name, the infrastructure code lives in your repository and the documentation is handed over to you.
