Data controller

Data we collect
Contact form: name, email address, company, project type, estimated budget and the content of your message.
Analytics: only with your consent, anonymised browsing data via Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager.
Security: the form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which may collect technical data to detect abuse.
Purposes and legal bases
Answering your requests and sending you a commercial proposal (pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest).
Measuring website traffic to improve it (consent).
Recipients and processors
Your data is intended solely for DevAndCloud. It is never sold.
We use processors for sending emails (Resend), spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA) and, with your consent, analytics (Google Analytics). Some may process data outside the European Union under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, Data Privacy Framework).
Retention period
Contact form data is kept for 3 years from our last exchange.
Analytics cookies are kept for a maximum of 13 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
